The long-awaited Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be released very soon. And not so long ago, the developers showed us a new trailer, in which you can see new interesting game features.
The main character, Indřich (Henry), will be able to do a lot of things in the countryside. The developers paid special attention to the details of everyday life, so in addition to exploring the huge open world, there are a lot of interesting fun and activities waiting for us in this game. Let’s go in order.
What will be possible to do in the village?
Judging by the trailer, the village life in KCD 2 will be rich and multifaceted. The main character will have access to such activities as:
1. Target Shooting:
- Henry will be able to hone his archery and crossbow skills, which will come in handy in battles. Players will be offered a variety of targets to practice on, including challenging marksmanship tests.
2- Hunting and Farmer Defense:
- The forests are full of wild animals that threaten local settlements. Hunting will become not only a fun activity, but also a necessity to protect the territory.
3. Craft activities:
- Henry will be able to make arrows, carve wood, and even do minor farm work, contributing to the development of the village.
4. Inns and taverns:
- For recreation, the hero will be able to have a drink at the local inn, discuss news with the villagers, or play games of chance such as dice.
5. Prayers and Spiritual Life:
- The trailer shows scenes of Henry praying at altars, which will emphasize the religious practices of the Middle Ages.
6. Street Battles and Investigations:
- The countryside is full of peaceful events, but also full of danger. Secret missions, mysterious incidents and street fights await players.
7. The simple joy of life:
- Pet a cat, walk around the market, talk to peasants, go to a bathhouse or visit a fair – the game is filled with details that make the world come alive.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Features
The developers promise to keep the main features of the first part, including historical accuracy and emphasis on realism. However, KCD 2 has improved visual effects, increased the scale of the game world and variety of gameplay. Each location will be packed with events, mysteries and quests. The continuation of the legendary medieval game should satisfy the desires of both old fans and those who will play it for the first time.
Interestingly, the official trailer originally published by Warhorse Studios has been removed from their channel for unknown reasons. However, it is still available on other platforms such as IGN and is worth a watch.
As a reminder, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be released on February 4 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
